Collection of personal data

Your personal data is collected in one or more of the following cases:

• When you shop in our webshop
• When you sign up for our newsletter
• When you browse the site, incl. cookies (see our cookie policy)
• Participates in activities on our website, including competitions
• When you sign up "Save information for quick checkout" for the next time you shop

Even if you use your email address in more than one of the above cases, your information will only be collected and registered in one place. In this way, your information can e.g. is reused when you shop with us, and you also avoid receiving the same marketing material from us several times.

The personal data that we collect may include, for example, your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number and similar identification information, as well as information about your navigation on the website.

Use of personal data

Personal information is collected and used for the following purposes:

Stences ApS only processes your personal data if there is a legal basis for this. The legal basis for our processing of your personal data follows from the Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, subsection 1.

Recipients of the newsletter receive this based on consent given on digital or physical lists registration. Newsletters can be unsubscribed at any time by pressing "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email received.

Stences ApS keeps statistics on which areas of the website our users visit. This data does not contain personal data. With the help of the collected data, knowledge of the users' use of the website is obtained. This information is used to improve the website. On the other hand, we use data about all our users' navigation to understand how our users as a collective group use our sites, and on this basis try to make the website better. We cannot see where you surf the Internet when you leave our site. We do not sell or in any other way pass on information about our users' use and navigation on our webshop. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Disclosure to other data controllers

We will not pass your information on to a third party without your permission. However, under certain circumstances and in accordance with legislation, it may be necessary to pass on information to, for example, public authorities or the police.

Transfer to data processors

Your personal data is transferred to, for example, an external freight company, so that your purchased goods can be delivered. In addition, your personal data is entrusted to Stence's business partners, who provide services on Stence's behalf, for example in connection with sending out newsletters. These business partners only process the personal data on behalf of Stences ApS and in accordance with our instructions.

Transfer to third countries

Stences ApS uses data processors outside the EU, and your personal data may therefore be transferred to third countries. In this connection, Stences ApS ensures that there is a legal basis for the transfer. In particular, we use Shopify Incs. Platform for hosting www.stences.dk. This primarily involves transfer to Canada, which is categorized by the EU Commission as a safe third country.

Deletion of personal data

We delete your personal data when we no longer need to process them to fulfill one or more of the previously described purposes.

We have implemented security measures to ensure that our internal procedures meet our high security policy standards. We therefore do our best to protect the quality and integrity of your personal information.

Facebook Pixel, Custom Audiences and Facebook Conversion
Due to our legitimate interest in analyzing and optimizing as well as in our economic operation of our online offer, we use the so-called "Facebook Pixel". If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previous consent and up to the time of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, it takes effect from this time.
